Gabetti advisor to REAM SGR and a leading hotel chain in the acquisition and leasing of the Golden Palace Hotel in Turin

Our group, in collaboration with the Capital Market department of Gabetti Agency and Abaco Team, is currently advising the GERAS 2 Real Estate Fund, managed by REAM SGR, in its acquisition of the Golden Palace Hotel, one of Turin’s most iconic and prestigious properties. Moreover, we have successfully secured a lease agreement with a leading international hotel chain. The property is set to undergo a significant renovation project, with the aim of establishing itself as the focal point for Turin and the entire western Piedmont region in the Upper Upscale segment.
