The energy services work provided by Abaco Team is broad and articulated, aiming to satisfy clients through the following activities:
- Acquisition and analysis of all of the technical documentation, with particular reference to the building and systems design drawings;
- Inspection with survey of the geometric characteristics and census of opaque and transparent envelope components, as well as of all the systems present and their mode of operation;
- Energy analysis using certified calculation tools;
- Issue of Energy Certification, in accordance with the legislation in effect.

Depending on the service selected, Energy Audit or Energy Certification, our team will prepare all of the necessary documents.
In the case of Energy Audits, we provide the audit report with analysis of the building’s current status, modelling based on real consumption taken from the utility bills and other documents analysed, simulation of improvement scenarios and relative economic estimate.
In the case of Energy Certifications, we provide the Energy Performance Certificate (APE) drawn up in accordance with the legislation in effect.
