OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO BANKS FOR SUPPLY CHAIN TENDERS
Abaco Team provides qualified services for the technical, economic and financial valuation of projects relative to investments in agricultural and agri-food companies. In the context of the activities and fulfilments that accredited Institutions must perform as Lending Banks and as Authorised Banks for Supply Chain Tenders, they may avail themselves of specific technical expertise, and in particular receive appropriate advice on investments in the agricultural and agri-food chain through our sector specialists.
TECHNICAL REPORT
Our professionals offer consultancy and technical-specialist assistance with regard to the obligations with which Institutions in their capacity as Authorised Banks and Lending Banks must comply in light of the regulations defined by the Supply Chain Agreements. These include:
- verification of the completeness and consistency of the document set produced;
- verification of the investment plan with particular attention to the following aspects:
- Location of the properties involved in the investment project (Region, Province, Postcode, Municipality, Street, Activity, Type of investment);
- Project description;
- Availability of the property with respect to the project to be implemented (land register identification, ownership titles, lease agreements, permits);
- Compliance by the properties to current building, town planning and designated use constraints (Certification, project technician);
- Constructability of the initiative;
- Verification of expenditure.
Abaco Team’s activities may be supplemented, depending on the Client’s needs, with: Technical inspections on the properties, Technical and agronomic checks, Analysis of accounting documentation, Environmental surveys
WHEN TO CONTACT OUR TEAM
Lending banks may request our support for the following activities:
- ANALYSIS OF CONSISTENCY AND ELIGIBILITY OF INVESTMENTS WHEN PREPARING THE FINAL PROPOSAL
We can draw up the Report on the consistency and eligibility of the Executive Project investments in preparation for the preliminary activity by the Ministry. The Report includes preparation of the General Report on the Supply Chain Agreement and the Preliminary Reports on the projects of the individual companies in accordance with the reference regulations in force;
- ASSESSMENTS FOLLOWING SUBMISSION OF FINAL PROPOSAL AND UP TO SIGNING OF THE FINANCING CONTRACTS WITH REGARD TO ANY OBJECTIVE VARIATIONS OF THE PROJECTS AND SUBJECTIVE VARIATIONS OF THE BENEFICIARIES, AS WELL AS VERIFICATION OF PROJECT FEASIBILITY
The evaluations are provided through the drafting of a specific preliminary opinion
